The terms that govern your use of WA.Direct smart links, link hubs, QR campaigns, routing, analytics, and billing.
Acceptable use
You may use WA.Direct to create redirect links, hubs, QR codes, and forms for lawful business communication. You may not use it for spam, phishing, malware, or any destination that violates the rules of WhatsApp, Telegram, or your jurisdiction. We may disable links, domains, or workspaces that breach these terms.
Plans, billing, and refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe and include applicable tax. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Billing; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period. Refunds are handled case by case through Stripe.
Compliance
WA.Direct is not affiliated with WhatsApp, Meta, or Telegram. It creates redirect links and tracks events; it does not read or store message content.
