What we collect

When you use WA.Direct we record link clicks, QR scans, link-hub views, widget clicks, lead-form submissions, and routing decisions, together with technical signals such as country, device, and referrer (IP and user agent are stored as hashes).

What we never do

WA.Direct does not read, store, or automate the content of your WhatsApp or Telegram messages. We create redirect links and measure events only.

Your rights

Workspace owners can export their leads and analytics and request deletion at any time. We keep raw events for 13 months and aggregated analytics for 24 months by default.
